This homestay support,was initiated as a pilot project in 2018, aimed to boost the livelihood status of farmers by motivating them for optimum utilixation of CN's livelihood enancing interventions.

This homestay support, was initiated as a pilot project in 2018, aimed to boost the livelihood status of farmers by motivating them for optimum utilization of CN’s livelihood enhancing interventions. Since 2008 with the establishment of Baraha Agriculture Cooperative in Kaski, CN has been promoting farmers for organic production with the minimum use of chemical pesticides. After the success of Machhapuchhre Agro Eco Tourism Homestay and Learning Center (MALH), other two Turlungkot Homestay in Lamjung and Sisuwar Majhi Bote Community Homestay in Nawalpur are also being supported technically and financially who are now securing their livelihood through homestay business. The intervention aims to assure the authentic lifestyle of villages for tourism promotion and organic home-grown healthy foods for realizing sustainable livelihood.
